Steve Dalrymple

Co-founder/SVP/Managing Partner

Steve founded TEG Capital in an effort to provide unique resources & bring people together via his deep network in the space. He has led several private equity companies & ran several businesses so he understands what measures success in our target industries. Steve brings 30 years of experience in financial services, private equity, and investment banking.  Steve’s investment banking background included Waddell & Reed, MetLife Securities Group, Merrill Lynch, and Signator Securities.   

Steve was Founder and Principal of Charles Spencer & Company, LLC , an investment banking firm that provided capital sourcing and management consulting services for lower middle market companies.   He was President & Chief Executive Officer of US Robotics, a network systems firm, owned by Platinum Equity , a private equity company.  Steve also served as CEO of another Platinum Equity company, Vanguard Managed Solutions, LLC, communications product and network management company.   

Steve resides just outside Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in Bluffton, South Carolina.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Columbia College, along with post graduate studies at the University of Virginia. He is a US Navy Veteran.

Renick B. Hall

Co-founder/VP/Operating Partner

Renick co-founded TEG Capital with the mission to help serve growing businesses. She has a deep history in operating business development, strategy, & finance that spans several industries. Renick oversees the overall business strategy and its investment portfolios, product development, and client relationship management efforts. 

She brings over 10 years of experience in financial services, business development, and fundraising sectors. 

In previous years Renick has served several large and small companies helping them achieve greater milestones in business. She was Chief of Staff of Npact , a grants management Saas group that provided grants and fundraising solutions & consulting services for the nonprofit industries. She served as VP of Business Development & Operation Strategy for Fusion Laboratories, a consulting & development firm, that would consult for custom software solutions. Renick has also served in several roles leading communications, product and network management, business strategy, fundraising solutions, sales, and operations. Renick resides in the heart of Dallas, Texas where the company is headquartered. She is pursuing her PhD in Finance & Business Administration at SMU. She received her Master of Arts in Museum Studies & Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Program, & her Bachelor of Arts in Art History & Museum Studies from Savannah College of Art & Design. She actively volunteers with the Junior League of Dallas, Daughters of the American Revolution, Earthx, Canines for Africa, and Dallas Symphony Orchestra League as well as several local charity organizations which she helps fundraise for and volunteers.
